The graduation ceremony of JDT Islam College of Pharmacy in the city was held on 20 November 2024 Saturday in which 60 UG students and 15 PG students received their certificates on successful completion of their courses.
The 'My JDT Clean JDT' initiative started as part of the JDT Campus Comprehensive Cleaning Project. The poster release held at the JDT main office was by Secretary Dr. Idrees, Committee Officers Hilal Hasan, Muhammad Qasim and Veerankutty, Administrative Officer KK Hameed.
The comprehensive master plan of existing 4 lakh sq ft to 12 lakh sq ft buildings on 08 September 2024 at the campus. envisioned to be developed was announced by the Minister of Public Works and Tourism Department Mr. PA Muhammad Riyas on the campus. Inauguration of new floors constructed for the school of Nursing and College of Arts and Science From the CSR Fund of Malabar Charitable Trust at a cost of Rs.2.5 Cr was also inaugurated by the minister during the time. the master plan aims at comprehensive development of the campus including Medical College, Engineering College, Law College, Business School, paramedical college and basic educational institutions.
Hirfana V.P a first year dpharm student of JDT’ Islam college of pharmacy , is an achiever of Indian book of records for her outdoor artwork done in 8 minutes ,27 seconds and 10 milliseconds. This 18 year old girl has been doing event management with her family for the past one year , and so far she has done 70 events.
